Property Guardians
Becoming a GAP Property Guardian
GAP relies on its Property Guardians to provide a reliable, professional and effective service to its clients.
All of our Property Guardians are carefully vetted, go through a training programme and must meet the following general criteria:
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- All applicants must be in employment
- We do not accept applicants with criminal convictions
- We do not accept children or animals in the property
- Suitable references must be supplied
